What should I believe?part 2

The people of Israel could hardly believe that God could give them the land whose occupants were giants with iron chariots.With their ant and grasshopper mentality, ten out of twelve of them could only see impossibility. But thank God for Joshua and Caleb.

Yes,the fact is that the giants were great and their chariots too.But,little did they know about the greatness of the God who promised them the land. They forgot the miracles of Egypt, that God is greater than giants and iron chariots.

We need faith to do what God wants us to do.Any one who is full of fear and doubts cannot easily see the possibilities of God but failure and defeat produced by what their senses have perceived.

Faith is a spirit, so is fear.Joshua and Caleb had a different spirit, followed God and triumphed;while others followed the devil and failed because they saw difficulties rather than the ability of God. The ten were filled with fear while two were filled with faith. That is the different spirit. It was strange to the other ten and their follower’s.

These two types of spirit are still in existence today, that is,the spirit of those who believe and of those who do not believe (doubters).The former is for overcomers while the later is for those who are prone to be defeated. This is how to know those born of God and those of the devil. 1 John.5 vs 1. Whosoever believeth that Jesus is the Christ is born of God….
