Trust God

Text:Psalm 56:1-4

“Be merciful to me,O God,for man would swallow me up;Fighting all day he oppresses me.My enemies would hound me all day,for there are many who fight against me,O Most High.Whenever I am afraid I will trust in You.In God (I will praise His word),In God I have put my trust;I will not fear what can flesh do to me.”

There are many things or situations that makes one to be afraid.Such as:fear of death,poverty,affliction,failure,enemies,the life of a family member,etc.

The world is in such a time today,that coronavirus Pandemic is ravaging everywhere.The Bible says, “When I am afraid,I will trust You.” There is what to do when you are afraid;trust God.The Bible did not say if,but when I am afraid,meaning there will always be a time in someone’s life that he will be afraid.It doesn’t matter whether you are a believer or an unbeliever.Fear is normal and natural.But we must learn to trust God to give us victory over that fear.

Hear what the Bible says, “In God (I will praise His word)In God I will put my trust)” .meaning to overcome fear you must hear God.I will praise His word means I will trust or have confidence in His word.It is your Confidence in His word that will make you to trust Him.
