The implication of the first/great commandment

Text:Matthew 22:36-40

“Teacher,which is the great commandment in the law?Jesus said to him,’You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart,with all your soul,and with all your mind.This is the first and great commandment. .'”

1. Unless you love God you can’t keep His commandments ( Jn .14:15)


You will be committed to discipleship( Jn .21:15-)


You will be able to love your neighbor (Matthew 22:37-39, Galatians 5:14)


You will be ready to die for Him (Jn.15:13)


The condition for God knowing you (1Cor.8:3)
