Patience

Trust in the LORD,and do good;…Rest in the LORD,and wait patiently for Him…PS.37 vs 3-7

Patience should characterize the life of every believer who wants to stay out of bondage of the devil. If we break away from the biblical principles and lifestyle and try to do like the world,we end up like the world in snares.May God forbid such in Jesus name.Amen.

In the scripture above, God is saying. “Do what is right and trust in me.” But more often than not,we think and believe that to do what is right and wait for God’ s deliverance will take a longer time.So we seek to go our own way and to do our own thing.

In the wilderness, the people God brought out of bondage with ‘great power’ and ‘an outstretched arm’ got out of patience with Moses. They went looking for ‘another god’, because Moses was away for forty days.”They said, as for this man Moses we don’t know what has become of him,”,They probably believed that he had once again disappeared as he did when he first got into trouble and ran away for killing an Egyptian. They couldn’t wait for his return. Deut. 9 vs 11-12.
