“Shall the prey be taken from the mighty, or the lawful captive delivered? (Isa 49 vs 24 ) But thus saith the LORD,Even the captives of the mighty shall be taken away,and the prey of the terrible shall be delivered: for I will contend with him that contented with thee,and I will save thy children.(Isa 49 vs 25)
It is high time we stop talking to God about our problem, Let us start telling our problem about God.Look at the question,and the answer that God gave.
A lawful captive is a slave in the hand of the devil who has dominion over him,to treat him as he likes.(Romance 6 vs 16).Slave has no right,scriptural slaves are even worse off.It will take devine deliverance and translation to free the lawful captive. (Colossians 1 vs 13)
You need Jesus in your boat and believe that His presence will calm the storm. Looking at vs 26 of that Isa 49,God went further to say “And I will feed them that oppress thee with their own flesh; and they be drunken with their own blood, as with sweet wine:and all flesh shall know that I the LORD am thy Saviour and thy Redeemer,the mighty one of Jacob”.
God after delivering you from the hands of the mighty,will turn back and deal with your enemies mercilessly.God has not forgotten His word,
