Be Prayerful 3

It is by prayer that we invite God into our lives and situation. Only through prayer can we make known to Him our desire to continually abide in Him.Somebody said, “Prayer is not our opportunity to initiate a new thing but to take part in the heavenly activities.” Jesus is praying, so does the Holy Spirit. No break .No holiday. No changing of duty timetable. As it is done in heaven, so it must be done on earth.”Pray without ceason.”Jesus said, “If you abide (remain) in me,and my word abides in you,ask whatever your wish,and it shall be given to you.” John 15 vs 7

God has called us to pray.Therefore let us pray without ceasing so that the devil will not have room to perform his ‘enterprise’.This is why we must first of all pray to know God rather than just to get things done.We must first pray for His fear to be in us,rather than try to test His existence through the number of answers we receive to our ceaseless requests.
