It can only be a divine encounter that could have made a man that ran away from being killed by Pharoah, to return to confront him. Moses that needed deliverance himself, was sent by God to go and deliver others. This is the power of divine encounter.
Before a divine encounter you will be afraid, but after a Devine encounter, you will be feared. When you fear the devil, you don't fear God, and when you fear God, you don't fear the devil. Fear God, and you will face the devil.
A man with divine encounter is not afraid to challenge the devil (Ex. 5:1,Job 33:12). When you encounter God, you will counter your enemy. David had initial divine encounter, when he was anointed by Samuel, that gave him boldness to confront and counter the bear and the lion, hence he could face the man everyone was afraid of (1Sam.16:13, 1 Sam. 17:34-37)
After divine encounter, you will challenge your challenges. A man that is running from challenge has not encounter God (Acts 26:11-22}.Devine Encounter gives you confidence of a divine help like Paul. A man with divine encounter will speak to the challenges confronting him, no matter how mountainous (Zec 4:6-7,Mk.11:22-23}
When you encounter the man that encountered God, you will have your own divine encounter (Ex. 4:14-16). Aaron did not meet God but Moses, yet, he encountered the same power. Each time Moses went to Pharoah, he went with Aaron. It will surprise you to know that it was Aaron's rod that swallowed the serpents of the magicians (Ex. 7:12).
If you want to have an encounter from the encountered, be receptive to him. Mike Murdock said:"What you don't respect, you can't attract." Elisha did not need to encounter God personally before he was transformed. His encounter with Elijah transformed him, because he recognized, respected, pursued and responded to the anointing upon Elijah (2Kgs.2:1-14).
